My Last Holiday

 MY LAST HOLIDAY

Last holiday, I didn't do anything for the first week, I just stayed at my house, read novels, watched films, tv shows, and sleep. On New Year's Eve, me and my family went to Bekasi because our cousin got married and we were invited to his wedding. After we congratulated our cousin, we went to Jakarta and decided to go to Grand Indonesia to eat lunch and buy a few things. 

We got tired, and went to our hotel. At the hotel, we didn't really do anything because we were so tired. We ate dinner at the hotel, and then we went to a nearby beach to watch the fireworks while enjoying the view and the breeze. The next day, me and my family ate breakfast, and then my brothers went for a swim. I didn't went with them because I was too tired to go and fell asleep. After checking out of the hotel, we went to Senayan City to eat lunch. There we saw Pandora, which is a replica of the city or world in  Avatar (I guess, I never really watched it). So we went to see that, and the line was so long, but it was worth it. We took some pictures and we went home to Bandung.

When I got back from Jakarta, there was still 8 more days until I have to go back to school. So, for the rest of the holidays I basically just sulk, complain, and stare into my wall because I didn't really want to go back to school. But, I also didn't have any other choice. So, instead of sulking and complaining about it, I did the exact same thing I did in the first week of my holiday, read novels, watched films, tv shows, and sleep. Over and over. That was not productive at all, but school was near, and I wanted to use that time to do everything that I wanted to do but couldn't really do it while I was going to school.

This holiday, me and my family didn't went to a place that's far from Bandung like we usually do, but I still had fun. And after going to my new school, which is really tiring, but hey! I survived! (for now), I feel like I earned it. So yes, I didn't go to anywhere that far from my home but, I had fun, I was making fun and new experiences, and I did it with my family. I just hope that the next holiday will come faster, because it was not fair that we only got two weeks of holiday. And I'm already so tired with all the assignments, group projects and exams!!! And this was only my second week of school. But aside from all that, school is also really fun. 

In conclusion, I need longer holidays.
